  • I respect Lord Hanuman who's said to be a veg, however, it's surprising that there're people who think that all eggs are non-veg. Hens lay egg even without mating. I agree that it's an animal product and so is milk.

  • Lord Hanuman, Such weakness in me! Were you also made of amino acids? If so then what did you not do to my elders that we've so many extremely severe issues with food and also with water and air and land? I'm unable to have eggs since I recently read about how chickens are being grown which seems extremely harmful to humans. I'm trying to find out if those details are right or wrong and from where I can get healthy eggs. Perhaps you're upset that Gods are being offered extremely adulterated sweets and so you're also not caring for us. Hum suar nahin hai yeh to aapko bhi pata hai phir aisa kyun ki itna adulteration or pollution hai humari society aur environment mein? Maa ke doodh mein bhi adulteration ka issue aa raha hain aur logo ko pata chalne ke baad bhi woh test kara rahein hai ki nahin? http://www.healthfitnessindia.com/profiles/blogs/gym-trainer-marria...

Achcha hai ki best logo ne computer, Internet, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, printer aur cheeze banayi hai jisse main kum se kum thode aur logo se yeh share kar sakta hun. Elders to jaise bhi ho, youth bhi kaisa banega aise adulteration aur pollution ke bad? Logo ka dimaag aur sundarta bhi bahut kharab ho sakti hai aise issues ke baad. Share karne se shayad aur log bhi behtar karenge aur behtar jeeyenge. Hum suar nahi, Hum sher nahi, Hum insaan hai!

Agar aapko pollution ke issue ke bare mein nahin malum to dekhe http://www.healthfitnessindia.com/profiles/blogs/anti-pollution-mas...

Agar aapko food adulteration ke issue ke bare mein nahin malum to dekhe http://www.healthfitnessindia.com/profiles/blogs/food-adulteration-...

  • Studies have shown that choline plays an important role in brain development and function. Experts recommend that pregnant and lactating women eat eggs to ensure adequate choline intake. http://www.eggs.ca/egg-nutrition/eggs-for-your-baby

  • Chocolate Bars and Boiled Eggs as one Indian Army Special Forces man said https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bil1Db3angM

  • If you're searching about eating raw or boiled eggs then I read http://jn.nutrition.org/content/128/10/1716.full which mentions at the end "Native egg protein is malabsorbed to an important extent. The assimilation of egg protein is facilitated by heat-pretreatment, but remains incomplete."

I'm not an expert and that it's best to consult an expert about this, however, to me it seems to say that raw eggs aren't absorbed by body as well as eggs undergone a heat pretreatment.

  • Do consult doctor before eating too much of anything even if that's eggs.

However, I read this http://stronglifts.com/cholesterol-saturated-fat-how-many-eggs-daily/ which I thought of sharing here:

You eat 40 whole eggs per week. 5 to 6 eggs daily at breakfast. You eat them with veggies, really like them and feel full of energy at the gym each time your day starts with an omelet.

But everyone tells you you're crazy eating so many eggs. They tell you eggs are unhealthy because they're full of cholesterol. You'll clock your arteries and die if you continue. Sounds familiar? Truth or myth? Let's see.

You may read the rest of the article on the site itself. I'll keep searching and sharing more details related to what the article mentions.

  • From http://www.livestrong.com/article/280429-egg-how-much-protein-is-in...

The USDA says that a large egg contains about 6.30 g of protein -- the white contains about 3.60 g and the yolk has about 2.70 g. An egg contains about 72 calories, with 17 calories in the white and 55 in the yolk. When you also consider that the white has almost no fat and no cholesterol, it is easy to see why some dieters eat the whites and skip the yolks. An egg yolk has about 4.51 total g of fat, 1.64 saturated, and 184 g cholesterol. Don't think the yolk is "bad," though. It has some good stuff the white doesn't have, like folate, choline and healthy fatty acids and it has more calcium than the white.
