Drink a glass of lukewarm water without rinse as soon as you wake up in the morning so that when you defecate, your stomach becomes completely clean, then after removing it from the toilet, drink a glass of lime water by squeezing the lemon, which people have sugar in lime water. For breakfast you can eat two brown slices of bread or two chapattis, if you want, you can also eat a bowl of oats instead.

If you feel hungry after 2 hours, you can eat any fruit or you can eat several types of fruits by cutting them and making a salad.
