People usually have simple pimples, but some people have pus problems. It is a form of acne, but it has pus in your pimples. They look like a pimple. If you break them, they start growing more rapidly. It spoils your face. Actually there are small pores in our face. When sebum (oil) gets trapped and accumulates in these holes, it causes pus in the pimples. As your acne increases, the white fluid in it also starts increasing.
