Dr. Nikhil Lad is the Founder and Owner of a well known and established Functional Training Institute "Fit2Function" which has conducted Functional training courses for Exercise Science Academy affiliated to ACSM, and for trainers of Gold's gym (Nasik), Power House gym (Mumbai), World gym (Mumbai), Euphoria Gym (Mumbai), Waves Gym (Mumbai), Abs Gym (Pune) which are some of the well known fitness centers in India.

Dr. Nikhil Lad also conducts functional training sessions in USA. You can watch some of his videos at Fitness Concept in California.

Dr Nikhil lad was invited by Dr Sam Bhaktiar owner Fitness Concept Chino hills California, one of the leading Boot Camp and Fitness Center in California, to Teach Functional Training to Trainers and Members at their Facility.

Trainers were initially reluctant to learn functional training from an Indian, they expected an Indian to teach Yoga or give a Spiritual discourse not teach on Fitness.

But over time he proved himself by Displaying his prowess in teaching and explaining the fundamental and functionality of every exercise he taught. At the end of the training he managed to teach skills like speed , agility and core activation techniques to every member and trainer he taught. Making this the most enriching experience of his career.

He taught kettlebell, Functional Training on Multi Functional Trainer and Advanced core Training on Swiss Ball. They found his teaching Unique and Unconventional. Check out his Videos and Testimonials.

Dr. Nikhil Lad has authored books like “Complete Guide to Functional Training” and” Learn 2 Function” which is referred by his students as Course Material.
