Want to Have Fairer Skin? 6 Ways To Get Brighter Skin

  1. Coconut Oil -

Loaded with healthier saturated fats due to presence of lauric acid, it gets converted into another chemical i.e., monolaurin which helps in killing bacteria, fungi, viruses as well as fatty acids. For people having dry skin can use coconut oil as a moisturizer. One can buy it from market as virgin coconut oil or can produce it in homes.

To make coconut oil at home -

 Squeeze coconut milk from at least 5 coconuts and leave them overnight and after that remove the fat from milk to make it skim coconut milk.

Then fry the separated cream for 30 – 40 minutes until it becomes brown. Five coconuts can produce around 300 ml of oil.

You can mix few drops of lemon juice and apply this combination on affected areas for at least 15 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.

One important thing to note here is, do not use this combination in day time and avoid direct sunlight. Do it before going to bed in night.

 

  1. Use baking soda -

Sometimes dark skin is due to the collection of dirts and impurities in that area due to blocking of pores. So for that you can use baking soda. Made from fine particles from sodium it helps in removing dead skin cells while maintaining the pH balance of skin.

In addition to this, skin inflammation are also gets eliminated by using baking soda.

Before applying baking soda wash your face thoroughly with lukewarm water. Then mix 1 – 2 tbsp of baking soda with water and let it settle down for 2 – 3 minutes and wash with cold water.

Moreover, baking soda will shrink the skin pores making dirts and impurities tough to enter into skin. You can do it at least 3 times a week to get positive results.

One important thing to note here this combination is suitable for people who have dry skin as well as oily skin. For people who have oily skin can mix salt to reduce excessive oils from skin.

 

  1. Use combination of oatmeal and honey –

Being an antibacterial agent it is very effective against skin issues like acne, infection while clearing skin by opening all skin pores. This way it purifies the skin.

Not only this, it is loaded with antioxidants which helps in preventing skin damage while slowing aging signs. In addition to this, it has bleaching properties which helps in fading scars, pigmentation while retaining the moisture to skin pores.

  1. Garlic and lime –

Garlic is an antioxidant which helps in curing and preventing discolored skin patches on the face whereas the lime consists of vitamin C. You can massage it gently to your clear face with lukewarm water and then you can wash it with cold water. After washing you can apply moisturizer which helps in preventing dry skin and repeat this treatment once a week.

  1. Have rice and olive oil –

White rice has loads of minerals and vitamins which help in skin brightening whereas olive oil has anti-aging oxidants which can be used as a gentle skin moisturizer for dry skin. When these two ingredients are combined then that effect makes skin glowing while keeping it hydrated.

  1. Combination of strawberry and yoghurt –

Strawberries are loaded with vitamin C, polyphenols and alpha hydroxy acids. This combination is suitable for normal skin as well as oily skin because its ingredients can remove dead skin cells, reduce wrinkles and eliminate the skin damage caused by sun exposure.
