  • Peanut butter is a food paste made from dry roasted ground peanuts. Some varieties contain added salt,seed oils , gloomy and glucose; whereas natural types of peanut butter consist of ground peanuts. It is mainly used as a sandwich  spread, sometimes in combination with other spreading sauce such as jam, honey, chocolate, vegetables or cheese. It is included as an ingredient in many recipes, especially biscuit and sweetmeat. Its flavor combines well with other flavors, such as chocolate, oatmeal, cheese, cured meats, appetizing sauces, and various types of breads and crackers.
 
  • It is an magnificent source of protein, dietary fiber, vitamin E, niacin and vitamin B6. Also high in content are the dietary alloys, manganese, magnesium, phosphorous, zinc and copper. Peanut butter is a good source of thiamine, iron and potassium. Crunchy, chunky and smooth peanut butter are sources of saturated and unsaturated fats.
  • Peanuts are affluent in proteins, and consuming very less quantity of peanuts can give you huge amounts of protein instantly. It is mainly preferred for sports persons and sick persons as they give instant energy when consumed. Mainly the consumption of protein must be more during gravidity, babyhood, and adolescent periods, as it is the growing age for kids in mother’s womb and children.
  • Peanuts are also delicious, crunchy, and nutty and one of the most popular oil seeds. The kernels are enriched with many nutrients and noteworthy health-benefiting minerals essential for optimum health and wellness. They are actually legumes but almost all the qualities of other popular edible kernels such as pistachios,almonds , etc.
