HENDERSON: But if you're trying to protect kids in the city, what exactly is your plan? Mr. GAVIRIA: Well, we are trying to stop traffickers and we have a lot of cases of children -- they come from the slums, they come from the countryside, all over Colombia, from Colombia, Venezuela, they're crossing into our country illegally and they're getting taken by these people and they're forced into prostitution and we are trying to stop this.
