CMC Hospital about their experiences of caring for patients with COVID-19 in the ICU. We also shared the results with our patients and relatives for feedback and we incorporated their recommendations into our subsequent efforts to improve our patient and family education and satisfaction. Patients and relatives were also asked about their perception of the ICU environment and their satisfaction. We included the results here.
