Some of the special chemical substances present in people's urine prevent alkali particles from joining with each other, which does not form stones.

But in many people there is a possibility of stones due to the following reasons:

•     A habit of drinking less water
•    Proof of hereditary stones
•     Recurrent urinary tract infections
•     Urethral obstruction
•     Excess intake of vitamin 'C' or calcium drugs
•     Stay sick for a long time

  In many patients, the stones are round and smooth. Often no symptoms of such stones are seen. Such stones can block the urethra. Due to which the urine produced in the kidneys cannot easily go into the urethra and due to this the kidneys swell.

 If the proper treatment of this stone is not done on time, then the bloated kidney gradually becomes weak for a long time and later stops working altogether. In this way, if the kidney is removed after kidney failure, then the chances of kidney functioning again are very less. There is a high risk of kidney failure due to stones without pain.
