Open Rhinoplasty is one of the methods to perform nose surgery. In this technique, cartilages of the nose are exposed by removing the back of the skin. This is where a small incision is made on the columella by the surgeon. It is the column of the skin between the two nostrils. Several additional incisions are made inside the nose. In most cases, external incisions are made in a zigzag pattern so that it is inconspicuous from plain sight.

When your plastic surgeon is performing an open nose surgery, the lower third of the nose is visible. The cartilage at the tip and the lower part of the nose are the parts on which the surgeon works. Once the surgeon has access to the cartilages, he can reduce, modify and reshape them.

There are several advantages that are related to open rhinoplasty.  Here are some of the many benefits associated with open nose surgery.

Allows improvement of the nasal in severe and complex cases

Given that the surgeon is able to visible the entire nasal structure, the nasal tip cartilage can be easily modified and reshaped by sight and not feel.

Placement of the cartilage graft becomes easy

Grafting is done using cartilage from other body parts, namely behind the ear, for building a nasal bridge. This surgery can be performed easily with an open nose surgery method. It is primarily because of this reason that grafting is usually done in open nose surgeries then closed nasal surgery. The surgeon has better control when it comes to the placement of the graft and chances of graft movement are less. This method might also be the much better option for a revision nose surgery procedure depending on what has to be corrected.

It is easy to perform open nose surgery than the closed rhinoplasty method

By exposing and accessing the cartilages of the nose to make the internal parts of the nose visible, it will be much easier for the plastic surgeon to perform the surgery. It becomes possible for the surgeon to understand the anatomy and make necessary changes.

It is these above-mentioned advantages that make open rhinoplasty highly popular among plastic surgeons. If you are thinking of undergoing nose surgery in India then you can be assured of getting the most effective and lasting results. The cost of open nose surgery In India is lesser in comparison to other parts of the world.

A nose job can create better harmony and balance with your other facial features by reshaping a nose that may look too small or too large. A nose job can change the size and position of the nostrils, bumps and dips in the bridge, the width at the bridge and the shape and size of the tip of the nose. And, unlike most other plastic surgery procedures, teenagers can have rhinoplasty done too, helping them feel more confident about their appearance as they enter adulthood.

You should be able to find this information online before you even schedule your consultation, but it’s not a bad idea to double check at your appointment. Three Reasons to Undergo Revision Rhinoplasty

#cosmeticsurgery, #revisionrhinoplasty, #nosejob, #noseplasticsurgery, #nosesurgery, #nosesurgerycost, #plasticsurgery, #openrhinoplasty, #closedrhinoplasty, #rhinoplasty, #rhinoplastycostinindia, #rhinoplastysurgeons, #Delhi, #India, #VasantVihar

There are different types of rhinoplasty procedures. Revision Rhinoplasty is one such type and is necessary in cases where the original procedure was not able to achieve the desired results.

Problems with the actual surgery can be a result of inadequate communication between the patient and the surgeon, poor planning and technical issues with the healing and surgery. The results of this type of nose surgery depend largely on the plastic surgeon you choose. The plastic surgeons in India have expertise in performing revision nose surgery provided you choose the one with great care. Also, the reasonable cost of the treatment makes INDIA the most sought after nations among patients seeking revision nose job.

Some of the most common problems that can occur from primary nose surgery include hanging columella, retracted nostrils, polybeak deformity, inverted V deformity, pinched nasal tip, or open roof deformity. Any such problem can affect the entire appearance of the nose and the ability of the person to breathe.

View my Rhinoplasty photo gallery to view more before and after patient photos.

Below you will learn about the pinched nasal tip, hanging columella and open roof deformity

Pinched Nasal Tip

It is the condition in which the nasal tip becomes unnaturally narrow after the nose surgery. The condition can be consequential to the over resection of the cartilages that form the nasal tip. This, in turn, weakens the side wall of the nose, and over the period of time, the tip becomes pinched. It can also become pinched if the plastic surgeon narrows the cartilages with the incision into the nasal tip cartilage known as dome division method or with the sutures.A Pinched nasal tip can be improved by revision rhinoplasty by reconstructing the nasal tip cartilages with the grafts either from the ear cartilage, nasal septum or rib cartilage.

Open Roof Deformity

It occurs when the actual nose surgery did not adequately narrow the nasal bones. Revision nose surgery can improve this condition by performing osteotomies and narrowing the bones of the nose optimally. This can be done by closed revision nose job.

Retracted Nostrils or Hanging Columella

It refers to the relationship between the nostrils and the middle part of the nasal tip. Some patients develop hanging columella after undergoing nose surgery. It is possible to correct this condition with revision rhinoplasty by removing more tissue from the central columella part or adding cartilage to the nostrils called alar rim.

Irrespective of the problem resulting from the actual nose surgery procedure, revision rhinoplasty can correct provided it is performed by an experienced, board-certified and trained plastic surgeon in India.

Dialysis is a medical treatment procedure that is carried for normal functioning of the kidney. Generally the procedure is carried out when your kidneys are not working properly or is not able to perform its regular function of blood. Medically you need to go for dialysis procedure only when you develop end stage kidney failure. It is usually by the time you lose about 85 to 90 percent of your kidney function and have a GFR of <15.

Dialysis has always been helpful in keeping the balance of the body. The procedure includes removal of waste, salt and extra water to prevent them from building up in the body. By performing these procedures you can keep a safe level of certain chemicals in your blood which are mainly potassium, sodium and bicarbonate. The whole procedure is responsible for maintaining the total blood pressure.

In case of kidney failure which is a kind of acute kidney failure gets better even after treatment. In some acute case the dialysis may only be needed for a short time until the kidneys get better. In case of chronic failure of kidney, the kidneys can’t be recovered and it will need dialysis for the rest of your life.

Dialysis is mainly of two different types one is hemodialysis and the other is peritoneal dialysis. Now let’s talk about hemodialysis in which an artificial kidney called hemodialyzer is used to remove waste and extra chemicals and fluid from your blood. In this procedure we get the blood into the artificial kidney and the doctor needs to make an access into your blood vessels. This could be filled minor surgery to your arm or leg. In hemodialysis an access is made by joining an artery to a vein under your skin to make a bigger blood vessel called a fistula.

The Peritoneal dialysis involves the process in which your blood is cleaned inside your body. The procedure involves surgical procedure in which a plastic tube called a catheter is placed into your abdomen (belly) to make an access. The whole treatment is carried out in your abdominal area called the peritoneal cavity and is slowly filled with dialysate through the catheter. In this procedure the blood stays in the arteries and veins that line your peritoneal cavity. Extra fluid and waste products are drawn out of your blood and into the dialysate. There are two major kinds of peritoneal dialysis.

Now talking about peritoneal dialysis they are also classified in two different types one of which is Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis and the other is Automated Peritoneal Dialysis. The continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis is usually carried out by the patient himself and it is about three to five times a day at work. You put a bag of dialysate (about two quarts) into your peritoneal cavity through the catheter. The dialysate stays there for about four or five hours before it is drained back into the bag and thrown away.

Generally people are not aware of the dialysis procedure. Depending the chronicity of the kidney failure the doctors decide whether dialysis is needed or not. An end stage renal failure is where dialysis is necessary. Primus hospital is a best hospital in delhi for kidney transplant.

FUE hair transplant is considered the best by all surgeons and dermatologists. It is not because it is efficient in performing body hair transplant. Follicular unit extraction is just a method where hair grafts are collected from the donor area which can be any part of the body leave alone the back of the scalp. It requires no stitches to the donor area because a needle-like instrument is used to remove grafts. Experts have different methods of hair restoration which include surgical and nonsurgical techniques, but FUE takes the lead

FUE Hair Transplant in India allows a patient to have a quick and comfortable recovery time after the surgery. Complications like bleeding and pain in the donor area have fewer chances of happening compared to the FUT hair transplant. In FUT, a surgeon has to collect hair grafts in the form of a strip from the donor area which leaves a wound and when no good aesthetic skills used, the scar will be more visible and larger. FUT hair transplant is good for patients who need more hair grafts and have big bald areas. It is because it provides more hair grafts in a short while.

FUT and FUE are all better procedures for patients depending on the fact that a good hair center like this one is visited for a hair transplant in India. Many people believe that FUT is the worst technique and to some, it may be due to the lack of enough artistry skills in a surgeon. FUT has advantages like

  • Provides more grafts
  • Saves time
  • A good density of hair is expected

In addition, here are the advantages of FUE hair technique

  • The donor area is left free without bandages after the surgery
  • The procedure involves no stitches on the donor side or the recipient side
  • No visible scars expected after the surgery
  • The recovery period is reduced
  • Fewer chances of infections and bleeding
  • A good surgeon can extract more than 2000 hair grafts in a single session

Due to the advanced technology, hair transplant in India has become safe and also offers better results than in the past. Surgeons who perform all the procedures with good skills are available, though the public has a mentality that FUE is the best hair transplant technique. The best technique for a patient can be determined after the surgeon examines all the underlying factors before a surgery is done. FUE can work for many patients due to its benefits, but it has to be selected after the surgeon has recommended it. All hair treatments are available and performed for good and natural results after the surgery.

Hair loss is a problem that is highly closely observed in American men. This doesn’t mean that it is only them with the problem of hair loss, but the numbers are also rising in Indian men, African men, and Asian men. Though male pattern baldness is the commonest problem everywhere, female pattern baldness is also a problem that can’t be neglected. Countries like Australia, Mexico, Turkey, and India are some of the patient’s favorites when it comes to getting hair transplants.

In a study conducted in Turkey, results show that more than 500 hair transplant procedures are carried out within a week mostly on foreign patients. Many patients get to know about these hair transplant clinics on twitter, Facebook, and friends. It was also disclosed that FUE is the most preferred hair transplant technique in both men and women. This is not in Turkey alone; FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) is gaining more control in the hair transplant field.

The question that arises from this is whether all patients can benefit from the Follicular Unit Extraction?

The answer is YES, but some considerations must be taken

FUE is a more advanced procedure and as well as a meticulous technique performed by hair surgeons. The procedure gained popularity from the year it was introduced due to the fact that it leaves no linear scars and it is minimally invasive. FUE Hair Transplant in Sydney only requires the initiative of the surgeon to estimate the number of hair grafts that are required in the procedure, organize his team and carry out the procedure under a protocol.

The follicular unit extraction necessitates the surgeon to extract more than 2000 hair follicles per sitting. In the modern procedures, these hair follicles are extracted by a robot that is quick and precise in removing hair follicles from the donor area under the surveillance of the surgeon.

Androgenetic alopecia which is the leading hair loss type can be overcome by FUE hair transplant.

During the procedure, the surgeon demarcates the whole head to easily differentiate between the recipient region and the donor area.

Hair follicles are extracted after local anesthesia has been given to the patient to avoid pain and discomfort.

With specialized instruments and a micropunch of 0.8 or 1mm, hair grafts are removed from the donor area.

After extraction, the hair grafts are immediately implanted into the slits made in the recipient region in an aesthetic manner to produce natural and realistic results.

  • Patients with a minimally affected area can benefit from an FUE Hair transplant
  • Patients who request for this particular procedure may get good results, but an expert must be consulted first to prevent poor results.
  • Those who may want to keep their hair short can also benefit from this technique since it leaves small round scars that are hardly visible
  • Body hair transplant is also possible with FUE hair transplant a scenario where a patient has limited donor hair. Hair can be extracted from the chest, the legs, and the beards.

hair transplant in Australia has produced permanent and natural looking results

Benefits of a Low Carb Diet.

It is a typical misconception, even among well-being experts, that low-carb weight control plans are by one means or another awful for well-being. Naturalon has advised some of the foods that you need to avoid if you want to prolong your life. Individuals who make such claims about low-carb diet clearly haven't tried to look at the exploration.

10824449861?profile=original

Their primary contention is that low-carb weight control plans are terrible on the grounds that they're high in immersed fat, which raises cholesterol and causes coronary illness.

In any case, late research proposes that there is nothing to stress over. Immersed fats raise HDL (the great) cholesterol and change the "terrible" cholesterol from little, thick LDL (awful) to vast LDL which is considerate.

The truth of the matter is that immersed fat does NOT bring about coronary illness. This is essentially a myth that has never been demonstrated.

Low-carb eats less carbs really prompt more weight reduction and further enhancements in danger elements contrasted with a low-fat eating routine.

1. Body Fat: A low-carb diet, eaten until totality, for the most part causes more fat misfortune than a low-fat eating routine that is calorie confined.

2. Blood Sugar: One of the signs of diabetes and the metabolic disorder is a raised glucose, which is exceptionally destructive over the long haul. Low-carb diets lower glucose.

3. Blood Pressure: If circulatory strain is high, it has a tendency to go down on a low-carb diet.

4. High Triglycerides: These are fats that circle around in the blood and are a solid danger element for cardiovascular malady. Low-carb diets lower triglycerides a great deal more than low-fat eating methodologies.

5. HDL (the great) Cholesterol: Generally talking, having a greater amount of the "great" cholesterol implies you have a lower danger of cardiovascular ailment. Low-carb diets raise HDL cholesterol significantly more than low-fat eating regimens.

6. sdLDL (the terrible) Cholesterol: Low-carb diets cause LDL cholesterol to change from little, thick LDL (awful) to huge LDL, which is kindhearted.

7. Easier: Low-carb diets have all the earmarks of being less demanding to stick to than low-fat eating regimens, most likely in light of the fact that it isn't important to number calories and be ravenous, which is apparently the most exceedingly bad reaction of slimming down.

The statements above are ended up being valid in randomized controlled trials – investigative studies that are the highest quality level of examination.

There will be real changes in hormones and the body needs to increase generation of compounds to begin smoldering essentially fat rather than carbs. This can keep going for a couple of days and full adjustment might take weeks.

Regular reactions in the initial couple of days include:

• Headache

• Feeling Lightheaded

• Tiredness

• Irritability

• Constipation

Reactions are typically gentle and nothing to stress over. Your body has been smoldering generally carbs for quite a long time, it requires some serious energy to adjust to utilizing fat as the essential fuel source.

This is known as the "low carb influenza" and ought to be over inside of 3-4 days.

On a low-carb diet, it is vital to eat enough fat. Fat is the new wellspring of fuel for your body. In the event that you eat low-carb AND low-fat, then you're going to feel terrible and desert the entire thing.

Another essential thing to know about is that insulin makes the kidneys clutch sodium. When you eat less carbs, the kidneys discharge sodium. This is one reason individuals lose so much bloat and water weight in the initial couple of days.

To neutralize this loss of sodium you can add more salt to your nourishment or beverage a measure of stock each day. A bouillon 3D square broke up in some boiling hot water contains 2 grams of sodium.

Numerous individuals say they feel beyond anyone's imagination on a low-carb diet, when the underlying adjustment period is over.

An obese person incurs 25% higher health expenditures than a person of normal weight in any given year. http://www.oecd.org/health/49716427.pdf

Dr Anoop Mishra, director of diabetology, obesity and metabolism department, Fortis Group asserts that a lower BMI guideline is necessary for Indians living anywhere in the world. "Indians are more prone to Type 2 diabetes, hypertension and heart disease. We are developing diseases at lower BMI too, so it was absolutely necessary to revise these in India. We have also revised exercise guidelines to 60 minutes, all 7 days of the week. But a lot more still needs to be done. The government needs to launch a major programme to counter the obesity issue. Otherwise there will soon be a diabetic factory in India." http://articles.economictimes.indiatimes.com/2009-08-02/news/28385935_1_anti-obesity-body-mass-index-bmi

Earlier, developing countries, including India, had focused scarce public health resources primarily on the high prevalence of undernutrition. However, these nations are currently facing the double burden of undernutrition as well as overnutrition. Data regarding the nutritional status of adults, as determined by body mass index (BMI), indicate that 50% of Indian adults suffer from different types of chronic energy deficiency, in that they have a BMI <18.5 kg/m^2. In the same survey, it was observed that the BMI values were similar in men and women; however, there were more overweight/obese (BMI ≥ 25 kg/m^2) women (6.6%) than men (3.5%). In certain regions, obesity and consequent diseases are posing an enormous public health problem.

10 facts on obesity

Reviewed March 2013

http://www.who.int/features/factfiles/obesity/facts/en/index.html (details on site)

1. Overweight and obesity are defined as "abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that may impair health"

Body mass index (BMI) – the weight in kilograms divided by the square of the height in meters (kg/m2) – is a commonly used index to classify overweight and obesity in adults. WHO defines overweight as a BMI equal to or more than 25, and obesity as a BMI equal to or more than 30.

2. More than 1.4 billion adults were overweight in 2008, and more than half a billion obese

3. Globally, over 40 million preschool children were overweight in 2008

4. Overweight and obesity are linked to more deaths worldwide than underweight

5. For an individual, obesity is usually the result of an imbalance between calories consumed and calories expended

6. Supportive environments and communities are fundamental in shaping people’s choices and preventing obesity

7. Children's choices, diet and physical activity habits are influenced by their surrounding environment

8. Eating a healthy diet can help prevent obesity

People can:
1) maintain a healthy weight
2) limit total fat intake and shift fat consumption away from saturated fats to unsaturated fats
3) increase consumption of fruit, vegetables, pulses, whole grains and nuts
4) limit the intake of sugar and salt.

9. Regular physical activity helps maintain a healthy body

10. Curbing the global obesity epidemic requires a population-based multisectoral, multi-disciplinary, and culturally relevant approach
